Workers' compensation
Denied, delayed or underpaid claims.
Most of our work. We handle denied claims, terminated benefits, disputes about how much you are owed, and independent medical examinations that reach convenient conclusions. You keep treating; we handle the insurer.

Third-party injury claims
When someone other than your employer is at fault.
Workers' compensation does not pay for pain and suffering. If a contractor, driver or equipment manufacturer caused your injury, a separate claim may exist alongside it. We look for that in every case.

Motor vehicle injury
Including crashes while working.
Delivery drivers, sales staff and tradespeople injured on the road often have two claims running at once. Handling them together avoids the trap where one settlement quietly reduces the other.

Appeals and hearings
When a claim has already been refused.
A denial is not the end. We take on cases other firms have turned down and cases where the client filed alone and lost. Bring the paperwork you have, even if it is incomplete.
