Reyes & Whitfield represents injured workers, and only injured workers. We do not act for insurers or employers, which means there is never a question about whose side we are on.
Maria Reyes and Thomas Whitfield founded the practice in 2009 after both spent the early part of their careers on the defence side. Knowing how insurers value a claim, and where they look for reasons to deny one, is most of the job.
We take fewer cases than a large firm and we answer our own phones. If you hire us, you will know who is handling your case and you will be able to reach them.
